What you'll be doing:


We're a fast-paced, friendly and knowledgeable team, who takes inbound calls from our varied customer base (which includes large and small developers, builders, and architects as well as homeowners doing home improvement or renovation works) to offer them advice on our various services.


What you should bring to the role:

  • The ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • you'll take anywhere between 30-40 calls a day
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A flexible nature that's open to change
  • Computer literate
  • The ability to absorb knowledge and pick up new skills quickly
  • Good telephone manner
  • Happy being in a role where you're on the telephone the majority of your day
  • Previous call centre/inbound calltaking experience
  • An efficient typing speed


This role will be a Permanent position, office hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.

You will be based in our Head Office in Reading, this is a Permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm with a competitive salary offering up to £22,400 per annum depending on suitability.
