Our client is looking for a part time, weekend Contact Centre Executive to join their growing team based in Droitwich.

This is an exciting time to join a reputable company who have been operating for over 25 years.

Shifts:

  • Saturday 09:30 16:30
  • Sunday 09:30 14:00

The role:

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries
  • Arrange appointments efficiently
  • Ensure the customer is always given updates
  • Accurately record all details and information
  • Ring through new leads on a daily basis and convert them into appointments
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times
  • B2C call centre experience is preferred
  • Target driven and selfmotivated
  • Experience achieving targets
  • Strong focus on empathy and integrity
  • Excellent telephone manner and computer skills
