DUTIES

  • Groom pets according to specific breed standards or customer preferences
  • Assess pets' skin and coat condition and recommend appropriate grooming products or treatments
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets during the grooming process
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a pet groomer preferred
  • Strong knowledge of different dog breeds and their specific grooming needs
  • Ability to handle pets with care and patience
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary care and ability to identify any health issues during grooming
  • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail for precise grooming techniques
