360 Degree Sports Coaching fast growing organisation, dedicated on delivering fun activities and sports sessions to children aged 5 to 18
.

We are a multi-sport and activity provider, focusing on fun energetic games, whilst introducing aspects of many sports, encouraging teamwork and core values to create all rounded individuals and improve sporting performance.


360 Degree Sports coaching is looking for a fun, enthusiastic and passionate casual sports coach to join our coaching team.

We have a multiple vacancies available, with 20+ hours available during each week of school term time.

These hours would mainly be spent at various delivery venues, with shifts available at breakfast clubs, lunch clubs, PE cover and after school clubs.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coaches will be required to plan, organise and deliver an appropriate range of sports and activities for individuals and groups of children. If coaches are not leading they are expected to support and further engage pupils.
  • Ensure that they deliver wellstructured, progressive, high quality coaching sessions.
  • Ensure they create a fun, enjoyable and engaging session, in a safe environment.
  • Give appropriate coaching points and feedback to children.
  • Work with other coaches and schools to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained.
  • Work with 360 Degree Sports Coaching, schools, community groups and sports organisations, to promote sport and healthy living.
  • Coaches must adhere to all company procedures and standards and maintain very high levels of safeguarding and child protection.

  • A sensitive and supportive approach
  • Ability to work as a team and autonomously
  • Awareness of equality and diversity issues, including those related to sport and disability.
  • Must have a Full UK Driving Licence.

  • 2 free places per day on each 360 Degree holiday camp

Salary:
£12.50-£17.50 per hour
