Children's Home Registered Manager

Atrium Healthcare is recruitment on behalf of the client for Children's Home Registered Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement care plans for children under your supervision.
Provide direct care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the children's program.
Coordinate and communicate with parents/guardians regarding the child's progress and any concerns.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines for child care facilities.
Provide support and guidance to staff members working in the children's program.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of the children.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a relevant qualification (minimum - childcare related Diploma at Level 3). If not already held, attain the Diploma in Leadership (Level 5) or other Management qualification within 2 years of appointment.
Experience in supervising and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
2 years experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children in the last 5 years.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's needs.
Excellent organisational skills to manage the daily operations of the children's program.
