Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

Recruitment Administrator Essential Criteria

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams.
  • Willingness to learn how to use onboarding software to ensure that reference and recruitment compliance and tracking is maintained.
  • Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the adult social care industry.
  • A good judge of character and inter
- personal skills

  • Creative imagination and skilled in writing job adverts and social media posts.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and popular job sites.
  • Self motivated and well organised
  • At least one years experience in a similar role


The role of
Recruitment Administrator is key to ensure the smooth running of the business by ensuring that the individuals recruited are passionate about adult social care and share our ethos.


Recruitment Administrator Duties Include:

  • Working with the Head of Operations & HR to ensure recruitment complaince is upheld
  • Completing DBS checks
  • Ensuring the Right to Work checks are completed
  • Organise and implement marketing strategies to support local recruitment to our high street branches.
  • Attend Job Fairs inhouse and at external venues.
