We are recruiting for Food Service Assistants within Housing with Care. As part of the team, you will maintain high standards of food hygiene/cleanliness in line with best practice.
Food preparation to include the use of microwaves and ovens
Kitchen Cleaning

We have two positions available one permanent and one temporary for 6 months working hours are between 9.You will be required to work alone, prioritise your workload and prepare and present meals for a diverse client group.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a catering environment, have some knowledge of Health and Safety practices, and have the ability to carry out lifting and carrying duties.

You must also have, or train towards, Basic Food Safety Level 2 certificate and be willing to undertake any other training applicable to this role.
