Job Title: Trainee Fleet Underwriter

Responsibilities:
- Underwriting Taxi Fleet and Truck Fleet policies accurately, providing transparent quoting for new business and renewals following Company guidelines.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and new Brokers.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and Company Training & Competence Plan.
- Providing general administration and business support when necessary.

Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing tasks, quick learner, adept at problem-solving under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing workload effectively.
- Team player willing to collaborate and offer support to colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook; prior Insurance experience beneficial but not mandatory, as thorough training will be provided.
