Job description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant experienced within luxury retail to join the team at our Cheshire Oaks Pop-up.


About the Role:

  • Ensure that an excellent customer experience is given to every customer
  • Driving and maximising sales performance to achieve store targets and individual sales targets
  • Demonstrating and reflecting the brand's personality through customer service, attitude and behaviour
  • Build and maintain strong relationships as well as repeat clientele; utilising company clientele tools and personal initiative: utilising WhatsApp / Phone / Social to contact customers as appropriate
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store management
  • Being committed to meeting all department KPI's including sales, service and productivity
  • Developing an in depth and fluent knowledge of the product range, ensuring that you know where styles and ranges are located both on the shop floor and in the stock room
  • Processing deliveries efficiently: unpacking, storing in the correct location in the stockroom and ensuring all styles are represented on the shop floor
  • Participating in, and representing Sophia Webster during promotional events and activities
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Management team in any back of house and administrative operations as requested
Demonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutique

Additional information

You have:

  • Previous experience of working within luxury retail
  • Proven sales record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales driven, highly organised, selfmotivated, confident and a team player
  • Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion
  • Strong clientele background
  • Comply with all PointofSale and company policies and procedures
