WHAT ARE THE PROJECTS – The projects are a range of interior fit out projects and the conversion of industrial units to manufacturing facilities .

The scope of works includes general construction packages, structural works and minor Civils.
THE COMPANY - They are a Regional Principle Contractor.

WHAT WOULD MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE - Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for opening the site each day before managing a project program.

You will also be required to manage teams of specialist contractors on each site, ensuring the work is delivered safely, to the required standards on budget.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- A Degree in Construction Management or similar
The successful candidate will have site-based Construction Management experience having worked as a Site Manager or Construction Manager. It is essential that the candidate has delivered Construction Projects in the Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors.
