Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Kent County Council for workforce planning
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback
  • Provide candidate support and ensure payment accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Support client and candidate aftercare
  • Assist workers with system setup and access
  • Review and upload qualified CVs

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Recruitment CRM systems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
