Position:
Dispatch AdministratorLocation: LittlehamptonReporting to: SupervisorThis would be a 3-month contract with the potential opportunity of an extension after the initial 3 months

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the logistics of managing inbound and outbound stockLiasing with suppliers and contractors to arrange collections and timely despatch of orders.

Responsible for processing paperwork with regards to orders and shipmentsProducing despatch notes and confirming with Customer ServicesHandle routine emails and telephone enquiries.

Working closely with our Customer Services department on current stock and requirementsMonitoring of stock and the stores' functionConducting stock checks as required
Skills and Qualifications: Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft officeExperience in an administrative role.
Despatch/Logistics experience.
Ability to follow instructions and excellent attention to detail.
Able to quickly adapt, with an enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as required.
Have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment an advantage, but not essential.

Shift:
