Flt Instructor

Responsibilities & Key Tasks- Ensure adherence and compliance to site Health and Safety Policy, maintaining a safe working environment through effective training- Conduct all FLT training including T20/D12/Battery Changer/CB B1+B2 reach and tow tractors- Laisse with MHE' engineers to ensure all regulatory inspections are completed in line with requirement- Control and maintain training documentation including pre employment checks, training and skills matrix- Support Investigations to establish cause and implement corrective actions within training and documentation- Conduct driver performance audits and assess against requirement, taking corrective action as and when required- Generate and expedite improvements within the Logistics function.

- Carry out any Logistical task as deemed appropriate to support business needs

Additional Skills / Qualifications Required- The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure- The ability to continuously improve processes and procedures to increase delivery performance- Must be able to work in a team or on your own to carry out duties- Good analytical problem solving skills- Be flexible to be able to work in other areas of the business when requested- You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including delivery and shortage reporting to management team- R.T.I.B/I.T.T.S.A.

R MHE Instructor preferred but not essential as training can be given
