Manage the Reinsurance Administration team based in London - ensuring they have the right training in place to do their roles effectively.
Preparation of monthly & ad-hoc management reportsStaff training on Office systems, procedures, NOVUS, Xchanging and PPL.Manage account creation, deletion and requested amendments with external IT provider.
General Office Management duties.Experience required:
Must be from a reinsurance/Lloyd's insurance background - minimum 4 years working in industry.
Must have worked as either a Reinsurance Technician or Office Manager previously in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at all levels including c-suite.
Excellent IT skills - proficient in MS Tools especially MS Excel.
Experience in using Lloyd's systems such as NOVUS and Xchanging would be preferable.
Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
