Our client is a truly international organisation with over 230 staff across 12 office locations.
Their work spans a wide range of sectors including: residential, commercial, industrial,
pharmaceutical, zero carbon, public sector, healthcare and education.
They now have a fantastic opportunity for a SAP Assessor to join their team based out of
Solihull.
Performance Certificates (EPCs) using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP)
methodology for new homes.
The role will involve completing design stage SAP calculations and as-built EPCs, as well as
reviewing the calculations of other assessors within the company.
The role will also develop into non-domestic energy assessment and Part L compliance.
modelling, using tools like IES and TAS.
- Undertake and review energy assessments/modelling & EPCs for new
- Prepare energy strategy and GLA reports.
- Provide advice on reducing energy demands and CO 2 emissions.
- Attend client meetings.
Experience & Qualifications:
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA).
- Minimum 1 years' experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Organised and structured.
- IT competent including AutoCAD.
