Description:
- Assist the Merchandising Manager in developing and maintaining a successful product merchandising strategy aligned with store and customer needs.
- Support in pricing structures and promotional plans to meet margin budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Monitor product and range performance against targets, providing recommendations for buying decisions.
- Forecast ranges within set parameters and manage stock levels for stores and DCs.
- Work collaboratively with Buying and Supply Chain teams to develop commercial ranges and set core KPIs.
- Ensure accurate implementation of the department strategy to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Manage price book, trading events, and store ranging plan efficiently.
Profile:
- Experience in merchandising roles like Junior Merchandiser or similar positions.
- Familiarity with handling imported goods.
- Detail-oriented with strong Excel skills.
- Effective communication and influencing abilities.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
