  • National Merchandise, the largest merchandise concession in the UK and Ireland, offers a wide range of services including merchandise development, venue merchandise sales management and live event merchandise sales.
  • We manage merchandise concessions for both oneoff and multidate events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK and Ireland. No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise
  • We're looking for Outdoor Festival Merchandise Assistants to join our Merchandise team to work at Download Festival.

Shikari, Limpbizkit, Black Stone Cherry, Bad Omens and Machine Head to name a few This is the ideal job for fans of summer rock and heavy metal

  • It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be given.
  • You will be paid £12.50 per hour plus holiday pay and receive a £10 per day food allowance.
  • You will be required to camp for the duration of the festival, access to your own camping equipment would be desirable.
  • Due to the requirements of the location applicants must be over 18 years of old.
