Fospha is a tech startup with an exciting, differentiated product that is beginning to realize our serious growth ambitions.

We provide a marketing measurement product for eCommerce brands, helping them navigate the complex world of digital advertising across channels like TikTok, YouTube and Meta.

With at least 2 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, ideally within the tech or marketing attribution sector, you will contribute to the development and execution of our product marketing strategies.

Collaborating with our product, sales, and marketing teams, you will help enhance product adoption, market presence, and business revenue.

Realize our ambition of being the de facto best measurement product for eCommerce brands in the world

Fospha is part of the Blenheim Chalcot Group, a venture incubator with combined sales in excess of £350m per year and £500m of assets under management.

Assist in the creation and execution of product marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Participate in market research and competitive analysis to gather insights and identify market trends and opportunities.
Help coordinate go-to-market plans, including launching new features and products.
Produce sales enablement materials and assist in training the sales team on product features and benefits.
Contribute to the measurement and analysis of product marketing activities, offering recommendations for improvement.
Own and manage the Product Marketing calendar, working with the wider marketing team to properly plan customer touchpoints. Responsible for the creation of product release emails, newsletters, and other product marketing events and activities
Basic understanding of marketing attribution models and the marketing technology ecosystem.
Ability to contribute to creative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Analytical mindset, with a capacity to interpret data and derive insights.
Effective project management skills, able to contribute to multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
This will be role specific and depend on the team and function of the job you are applying to and will help us to understand your approach to work and solving problems
