Our client, a well established and reputable Civil Engineering Contractor with an annual turnover of £100 million, are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their civil engineering team on a permanent basis in Ellesmere Port.

A recent run of successfulproject wins in North West England has resulted in them looking to expand and grow their existing team in order to deliver the additional workload.


As the Project Manager covering projects largely across Ellesmere Port and the North of England you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company in the region.

It will be key for you to not only maintain but grow the company's presence in the areaand really drive business forward.

Due to the seniority and responsibility of the role it is essential that you have proven experience of managing various Civil Engineering projects.


As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • HSEQ
  • Liaising with existing and new clients
  • Work with budgets.
  • Site personnel management
  • Commercials
  • Reports and record keeping
Essential requirements

  • Educated to a degree or HNC level in a relevant civil engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience of managing various Civil Engineering projects.
  • Possess an extensive level of technical knowledge, understanding, control and responsibility for all civils site activities.
  • Be a proactive communicator,
  • Full UK driver's license.
