Duration: 12 months

Location:
Hybrid working from home and in Elgin, Moray

Rate:
£157 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm

Interim Procurement Administrator to support the Project Engineering Team's Capital Delivery projects. You will work alongside another Administrator to carry out general administration, including supporting with Purchase Orders and running reports.


There will be frequent use of SAP in this role, and you will need to be open to learning and quickly getting up to speed with new systems.


You will chase Engineers to ensure they complete on time with the construction process, updating reports, as well as carrying out governance compliance checks.

You will schedule and attend meetings, recording any actions. You will also gather information for presentations and carry out document control for audits.

Requirements:

  • Prior Administration experience.
  • Proactive, confident and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good skills of communication.
  • Advantageous would be any experience with SAP, but must be adept at learning new systems.
