Job Description:

9-12 month maternity cover Credit Manager position at a growing organisation in Brentford. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to continue work in the financial services sector.

I am working exclusively with my client to hire a Senior Credit Controller on a 9-12 month temporary contract (30hrs a week).

This role is working for a growing organisation in the financial services sector.

This position will be reporting directly to the Headof Risk and Compliance and will be a key senior member of the team providing expert knowledge, advice and guidance to the wider team.


Duties:

  • Credit control and invoice query resolution
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Maintain mailboxes and ensure all documentation is filed accurately
  • Month end reports
  • Allocations when clients pay
  • Reconciliation of ledgers
  • Create client statements
  • Processing and posting credit card transactions
  • Production and maintenance of debtors reports
  • Intercompany invoices and reconciliations
  • Journal posting within the specified timelines
  • Carrying out and accounting for recharges
  • Reconciliation of control accounts

Requirements:

  • Experienced credit controller
  • Experience working in financial services
  • Adaptable
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to provide support to the wider finance team
