Within this dynamic setting, you will play a crucial role in crafting and enhancing content for significant pursuit proposals, as well as refining templates that support an automation platform catering to all service offerings.

This opportunity allows for a flexible work arrangement, currently offering a hybrid setup. Access to one of the primary hubs in London, Manchester, or Birmingham is essential, with potential travel across various UK offices due to the national nature of the role.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Contribute by composing and revising content for the automated bid template system, Templafy, in collaboration with subject matter experts to develop or refine bid templates for the automated bid proposal production system.
  • Deliver polished proposals and compelling pitch content that effectively communicates the organization's value proposition and winning themes across all service lines.
  • Engage cooperatively with the business to shape the value proposition, articulate win themes, and define the solution narrative supporting the proposal.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow members of the Bids and Pursuits team aligned with specific opportunities, offering your expertise as a skilled content writer.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated aptitude in crafting and enhancing proposal content within a complex business setting.
  • Track record of leading storyboarding sessions, engaging in key review meetings, final document reviews, content validation, and document production.
  • Keen attention to detail, possessing meticulous proofreading capabilities.
  • Proven background in bids and pursuits team environments (preferably within a professional services context).
  • Ability to foster relationships with senior stakeholders, establishing credibility as a trusted advisor.
  • Proficiency in people management and prior experience in this area.
  • In-depth understanding and practice in bid strategy development from inception to comprehensive strategy execution.
  • Capacity to present concepts and proposals to teams, drawing from extensive experience in large-scale bids.
