Accounts/administration Assistant

Duties will include:
- Entering Supplier Invoices on Xero Accounts.
- Checking Supplier Statements agree to Xero Accounts each month end.
- Chasing any missing Supplier Invoices/Delivery Notes.
- Preparing month end Supplier Payments.
- Matching Supplier Invoices to Delivery Notes.
- Entering Invoices & Labour Costs to Construction Manager Software; (Full Training will be Provided).
- Answering Incoming and Internal Phone calls.
- General office duties; scanning/filing/shredding etc.
Hours:35.5 hrs per week
Monday - Thursday 09:00 to 17:00; Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
Job Type:
The position will be Full-time; Temporary; Initially for a 3-month period (May become Permanent).

Negotiable.
