We are a well-established construction company based in Cheadle Heath, Stockport. We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant. Previous experience of the Xero Accounting Software is essential. The role will be an immediate start.

Duties will include:

  • Entering Supplier Invoices on Xero Accounts.
  • Checking Supplier Statements agree to Xero Accounts each month end.
  • Chasing any missing Supplier Invoices/Delivery Notes.
  • Preparing month end Supplier Payments.
  • Matching Supplier Invoices to Delivery Notes.
  • Entering Invoices & Labour Costs to Construction Manager Software; (Full Training will be Provided).
  • Answering Incoming and Internal Phone calls.
  • General office duties; scanning/filing/shredding etc.

Hours:35.5 hrs per week

Monday - Thursday 09:00 to 17:00; Friday 09:00 to 15:00.

Job Type:
The position will be Full-time; Temporary; Initially for a 3-month period (May become Permanent).

Salary:
Negotiable.
