About the role


The Senior Internal Comms Executive will report to the Head of Marketing and Employer Brand and work closely with internal teams.

They will enhance our internal communications strategy, focusing on engaging employees. Working with the Employer Brand Manager, they will create a unified experience for new and current staff.

Its important for the role to connect with different teams to strengthen our values and boost employee engagement, retention, and advocacy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Improve internal communication strategy for better staff engagement and retention
  • Create an annual internal communication strategy for better staff engagement and retention
  • Develop intranet content to engage teams
  • Understand and connect with our internal audience
  • Use research like surveys and focus groups for evidencebased improvements
  • Oversee operational communication calendar with stakeholder input
  • Organise annual staff awards and assist Annual Leader's meeting
  • Enhance onboarding to align with our employer brand
  • Ensure consistent messaging and style in staff communications
  • Collaborate with clinical team for effective clinical knowledge sharing
  • Assist various team to achieve their goal
  • Manage internal communication budget
  • Staff updated on communication trends and digital innovations for employee engagement

The skills and experience we require:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience, preferably internal communication
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Skill in engaging audiences across various channels
  • Proficiency in executing multichannel engagement campaigns.
  • Ability to plan, manage and produce high quality projects systematically
