Experienced Passionate Carers Needed

Join the fastest growing Network of Self Employed Carers in Devon.
Private carer's needed to work with our clients across Torquay, you choose your own areas. You have time to visit your clients and give the best care and get paid well for the work you do


Be in charge of your own schedule with your clients, giving yourself time to travel from one client to the next.

We do not pressure you in any way.

You can work 10 hours up to 35 hours a week, it is your choice and the more availability and flexibility you have the more packages we can offer you.

You have a large Network of support and full communication with our branch and teams at all times. You may be self employed but you are not alone.

Earn a minimum of £16 an hour or £13.50 for any 30 minute visits, enjoying the time you spend with your clients.

Most carers are earning £17 plus per hour and £14 per 30 minutes.

You are guided through registration right up to invoicing so you are never without support. The carers all work with each other and arrange their time off with each other.


We ask that every other weekend and some evenings you take off, you can book time off in the day, this way your clients can have fully booked packages and can enjoy having the same carers at the same time.

Everyone works together.


We respect each and every one of our carers as they are hand picked and interviewed by myself the Branch Director and our manager.

We know all of our carers and we are amenable to them every one. We have monthly team meetings and we support with any training that you require.

We are here to keep you safe whilst working as self employed and we have many people here to give full support.
