Job Description:
- Salary of £29,762.83 per annum

The Role: As a Resettlement and Support Worker, you will work alongside a skilled team and will be in charge of hostel-based services and coordinating support for rough sleepers with complex needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with homeless individuals or rough sleepers
- Understanding of homelessness causes and solutions
- Experience with assessment and support systems for vulnerable individuals
- Ability to work with clients with complex needs and challenging behavior
- Basic knowledge of relevant legislation and health and safety regulations
- Strong IT skills
- Professional representation of the organization and collaboration with external agencies
- Understanding and application of confidentiality requirements
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
