Due to further expansion of the business, Trades 24/7 have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join us.
This will be a front of house / customer facing role, therefore, confidence in your abilities and a good telephone manner are essential.
You'll also be responsible for assisting us in the continuing development of key areas of the business.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Call handling, speaking with customers / engineers & subcontractors.
- HR duties to include performing DBS checks for staff, employment contracts etc.
- Assisting in the tendering process for future contracts.
- Fleet management (clean air zone payments, MOT, repairs etc).
- Assisting to further build on our nationwide network of subcontractors.
- Stock replenishment (stationery, PPE etc).
- Assisting engineers with booking stock room equipment in / out and stock taking.
- Any other general admin duties as requested.
- Previous experience of working in a fastpaced office environment is essential.
- Experience of Microsoft Office is essential for this role (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Previous experience in an operations background would be beneficial but is not essential.
