About the role:
Due to growth, a Commercial Contracts Manager is needed to lead the team, manage existing and new contracts, and ensure proper enforcement.
Candidates with M&E or construction management background are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- General contract management for company protection
- Client liaison and negotiation
- Production of documents for clients and internal management
- Monthly project progress and budget review
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Providing contractual advice throughout the project
- Accounts management and credit control
- Mediation and claims management
Desired Experience and Attributes:
- Previous experience in construction management or M&E/sprinkler works
- Contract understanding and interpretation
