The Role:
- Assisting the Income Supervisor in all aspects of income control and management
- Ensuring income is recorded correctly
- Setting up new Direct Debits
- Actioning collection of Direct Debits
- Issuing invoices and statements as
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Processing bank postings
- Assisting in trial balance review
- Reconciling income accounts
- Taking responsibility for the billing inbox
- Assisting the Income Supervisor with resident queries
- Assistance with resident utility billing
- Other adhoc duties to assist Income Supervisor
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk or within a finance team
- Previous experience working for a multisite business with a Group reporting structure, would be ideal
- Great systems experience and a confident user of MS Excel
- Studying towards AAT would be beneficial, but not essential
