The Role:

  • Assisting the Income Supervisor in all aspects of income control and management
  • Ensuring income is recorded correctly
  • Setting up new Direct Debits
  • Actioning collection of Direct Debits
  • Issuing invoices and statements as
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Processing bank postings
  • Assisting in trial balance review
  • Reconciling income accounts
  • Taking responsibility for the billing inbox
  • Assisting the Income Supervisor with resident queries
  • Assistance with resident utility billing
  • Other adhoc duties to assist Income Supervisor

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk or within a finance team
  • Previous experience working for a multisite business with a Group reporting structure, would be ideal
  • Great systems experience and a confident user of MS Excel
  • Studying towards AAT would be beneficial, but not essential
