What will your role as a Surface Mount Operator look like?

  • Load & operate Surface Mount Assembly (SMA) machines
  • Some experience of programming SMA would be beneficial
  • PCBA inspection and rework
  • Preparing PCBs for assembly, including use of automatic printer and hand pasting
  • Weekly maintenance of SMA machines
  • Diligence and attention to detail essential
  • Ability to work with a team and on own
  • Positive 'can do' attitude to work and problem solving
