Regional Sales Manager Reporting to: Head of Sales Location: South Wales Hours: Full-time (Flexible working hours Monday - Sunday) Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary Uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £40,000 in year one) £500 a month car allowance Business travel paid Please note that applications will be reviewed as received and should a suitable candidate be identified, we may fill the vacancy early. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Job:
  • Leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined region
  • Responsible for the delivery of your region KPIs, in line with the business goals
  • Create the sales plan for your region to ensure your team achieve these KPIs
  • Build a quality team, capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
  • Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget
  • Coach and manage your team to sell full fibre broadband, and affiliated products, primarily to the B2C market
Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseExperience/ certificates:
  • A full UK driving license
  • Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
  • Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
  • Evidence of performance management
