Salary:
Up to £55,342 per annum, Depending on experience.
Contract: 42 Hours per week, 30 hour supernumerary and 12 on the floor.
This would be alternated weekends either a Saturday or Sunday.

Shift Pattern:

Typically Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for night visits or weekend work to support the team.


Welcome Bonus:

The Starter Bonus will be included in your next pay once you complete four weeks' service, subjected to tax and NI deductions.

You'll contribute to our commitment to health by:
Overseeing and supporting all nursing care/activities within the home
Working with your team to develop and maintain individual care plans for residents and accurate medication records
Ensuring optimal staffing levels through efficient rota management to maintain adequate staff in the home
Building strong relationships with residents and their families, as well as demonstrating care for the home itself, fostering a community spirit
Establishing and nurturing partnerships with local associates, engaging with them to enhance the care home's visibility in the local and broader community

An NMC-registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a sincere commitment to upholding the NMC Codes of Conduct and advancing professional growth
With a deep understanding of the positive impact of proper nursing care on residents' lives, you will advocate for independence, choice, and dignity by delivering top-notch care
Maintaining updated knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning
Exhibiting excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
