CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
M&S Engineering are looking to recruit a
full-time Construction Administrator to manage all administrative aspects of the company including all tender enquires, contract and health and safety administration.
Role Responsibilities:
This job duties will include;
- Weekly calculation of employee timesheets
- Tender and Quotation Administration
- Weekly Job Costing using Sage
- Contract administration and invoicing
- Health & Safety Administration, PQQ's, Toolbox Talks, etc
- Procurement Ordering & Returns
- Sourcing & Hiring of Equipment
- Vehicle & Plant Maintenance (MOT, Servicing, LOLERs, etc)
- Staff Welfare (Accommodation, Training, PPE)
General Administration
- Filing, Scanning, Answering of Phones, etc
- Any other tasks as and when required.
Salary:
£22k+ (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
Hours per week, these can be arranged to suit between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
