The Start of Your Journey... We are currently seeking Temporary Stock Associates for our stock team, responsible for handling and organizing Omni Channel orders, including Kors Connect, Store Order Fulfilment, and Click and Collect. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to undertake physical tasks, and strong organizational abilities.
The responsibilities of this role fall into 2 main areas:
- Operations:
- Prepare web to store orders promptly
- Ensure packages are well-prepared and labeled accurately
- Complete orders within set timelines
- Check items against order requests
- Follow safety procedures in the stockroom
- Report issues to management
- Participate in inventories
- Assist in loss prevention and inventory maintenance
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies
- Execute register functions correctly
- Adhere to work schedule
- Attend store meetings
- Engage in training and development programs
- Assist in store and stockroom cleaning
- Customer service:
- Provide top-tier customer service
- Retrieve items from stockroom for orders
- Resolve client issues promptly
