About the Role:

  • Develop and execute nursing care plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care following relevant policies
  • Administer medication as prescribed, adhering to NMC guidelines and organizational protocols
  • Serve as a clinical authority, offering advice and guidance to colleagues on clinical matters related to care assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Stay current with clinical practices through regular updates, ensuring that your practice aligns with the latest clinical knowledge and evidence, showcasing a high level of care proficiency for all MHA support plans and policies
