JOB TITLE:
Treasury Analyst

Circa £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm - Office based 1-2 days per week

LOCATION:
White City, London

Responsibilities/Duties


You will be responsible for assisting with treasury functions including, but not limited to, daily cash management, wire/ACH payment processing, and heading up efforts to launch and maintain process flows for the electronic filing of payment backup and bankaccount creation documents.


You will be a valued member of the finance team and a key contributor to efficiently and effectively growing the treasury function.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer global treasury desktop, including creating and maintaining users access rights, authorisation levels, and reporting
  • Perform daily cash and liquidity management functions
  • Forecast and monitor cash position, and provide actual vs. forecast cash variance analysis
  • Initiate templated and untemplated wires using bank portal software
  • Collaborate with the accounting team and other treasury staff to open, maintain, and close bank accounts
  • Manage bank account portal user entitlements and make modifications as business needs arise
  • Ensure that all current and future treasury processes adhere to internal policies and controls
  • Manage excess daily cash balances and recommend investments in accordance with the company's treasury investment policy
  • Recommend new process flows to efficiently process and provide reporting for all funds transfer requests sent to the treasury team by internal parties
  • Work towards establishing and maintaining a business continuity binder that will provide documentation on all treasury processes, points of contact, and scenariobased action plans
  • Support the execution of capital markets transactions and compliance with debt covenants
  • Interface with corporate FP&A to provide forecast information and to obtain information and/or decisions needed by Treasury
  • Field questions from auditors and internal parties regarding bank account transactions, payment backup documentation, and bank portal access entitlements

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in a treasury/cash management role with a publicly traded company preferred
  • Degree Qualified (*or equivalent), preferably in Finance, Accounting, or other business discipline
  • Experience implementing and/or using a Treasury Management System preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think critically and perform job duties within a constantly evolving environment
  • A collaborative work ethic and valueadd mentality
  • Proven ability to prioritise and multitask while still exhibiting good judgement, attention to detail, and poise in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff throughout the entire organisation
