ABOUT YOU

You are an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have 3-5 years proven successful experience in demand generation, ideally within the business to business (B2B) marketing or a related industry.

You will have developed and executed successful demand generation campaigns within the B2B space.

Within previous roles you will have gained a strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) principles and methodologies., experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as well as a solid understanding of marketing automation and analytics tools, including excellent website management and optimization skills.

THE ROLE
Appello is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth for Appello's products and services within the housing and care sectors.

You will manage and optimize various marketing channels, including Account Based Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Digital Channels, to ensure maximum impact and lead generation.

You will be a strategic thinker and a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday 09:00- 17:00

Salary:
Up to £35,000 dependant on experience

Location:
Hybrid - New Milton

Start date:
May/June 2024
