Duties will include: undertaking 72-hour planning meeting, core groups, child in need planning meeting, child in need reviews, initial child protection conference and review child protection conference.

Requirements of the Child Protection Social Workers:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Children's Services
  • Be familiar with doing paper work for a legal planning meeting and have a full understanding of the Public Law Outline process
