Your new company
Based in Liverpool, this company has won several contracts holding agreements with the majority of clients in their target sector.
With a busy workload and increased number of client and supplier contracts, a permanent commercial lawyer is needed to supportthis exciting phase of the company's growth.
Your new role
You will join an established in-house legal team as legal counsel, providing commercial legal advice across the group.
You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and re-negotiating a range of contracts including data processing agreements, confidentialityagreements, procurement contracts, outsourcing arrangements and leases.
You will work closely with the General Counsel, support and line manage a small team and will be expected to take the lead on certain projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with commercial contracts experience gained either in practice or in house.
You will need to work well under pressure and confidently be able to build relationships in a business facing role.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary c£60k-£80k depending on experience, plus benefits package and attractive pension.
You'll enjoy exposure to a fast-paced, commercial environment in a team of hardworking individuals with the flexibility of hybrid working.
