  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends and Bank Holidays. Shifts typically between 8.00 am - 4.00 pm.
  • Salary: £22,698 per annum

What you'll be doing:
  • As a Cook, your focus will be in the kitchen, helping to prepare and present delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Your food will be served directly to visitors.
  • Using the National Trust Cookbook framework, you'll prepare, measure, and mix ingredients.
  • You'll assist with deliveries and keeping the kitchen clean to comply with health and safety regulations and ensure smooth service.
  • We'll provide you with induction, training in allergens and food safety, and mentoring as needed. You can opt for further professional development.
