We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic, experienced Healthcare Science Associate Practitioner.

This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are expanding and improving our services. We are currently a dual site department, City and Sandwell hospitals, but also provide weekly clinics in the community.

Our third site, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, will be opening in 2024, providing three catheter labs and bringing together all acute services onto one site.

The post would also suit an experienced Senior Cardiographer who is looking to further develop their skills. Salary would be adjusted dependent on qualifications and experience.


They should also be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, as part of this role will be to help with ordering stock for the department and performing and collating audit results.

Holter monitor analysis and reporting

Assisting with exercise tolerance testing

Assisting with Tilt table testing

Assisting with ILR implants

Department stock ordering and organisation

Departmental audits, including collation and presentation of results
