Location - Manchester

Rate - £11 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an umbrella company)

  • Processing amendments and cancellations on fee payers' records, identifying potential inaccuracies, asking pertinent questions and dealing with queries to ensure changes are carried out in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Validating and processing renewals and fees, identifying potential inaccuracies, asking pertinent questions and dealing with queries to ensure the correct fee is received and processed correctly.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all external and internal customers, handling even difficult contacts with empathy, tact and good judgment.
  • Identifying complex or sensitive queries and issues and referring them to more senior staff for consideration.
  • Prioritising own workload and working to deadlines in accordance with service standards.
  • Helping to train new team members and less experienced colleagues,
being 'shadowed' as required.

  • Supporting and assisting in any other administrative duties when required.
  • Comply with ICO policies and procedures
