Job Description at Redbridge Children Services

Redbridge Children Services is looking for a proactive Assistant Director for their Community Children services. This role covers Health Visiting & School Nursing (0-19 services), Specialist Targeted services, and Community Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Main Job Duties
  • Build effective partnerships with various organizations

  • Engage across all areas of business to improve healthcare for all
  • Ensure involvement of staff, patients, and the public in decision-making processes
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions
About Redbridge Children Services

This position is subject to a probationary period. High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% is included in the compensation package for this role.

Beginning with NELFT

At NELFT, welcoming and inducting new starters is a priority. New employees will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and undergo a comprehensive two-week induction, including training and equipment allocation. The induction will take place at the head office in Rainham, Essex.
