Salary: up to 26,000 per annum

Our Guest Communication Agent will:

  • Efficiently handle all phone calls, both internal and external.
  • Manage reservations and maintaining accurate records, ensuring guest preferences are updated.
  • Coordinating seamlessly with various departments.
  • Going above and beyond in managing guest feedback to exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For in our Guest Communication Agent:

  • Previous relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in both face-to-face and telephone communication.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
