MacGregor Black is partnering with a Gifting Company on the search for an Area Sales Manager. This is a permanent, remote based role in South West. You will be required to regularly travel to different locations.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for sales, business development and account management within a given territory in the UK. You are also fully responsible for every aspect of the customer's experience, including administration of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts and developing new business.
- Working closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure that our brand is represented well and with the right customers.
- Managing both new and existing key accounts and independent retailers.
- Ensuring that customers are met with regularly to maximise customer service levels and sales.
- Working with the Head of Sales to analyse sales data and maximise opportunity.
- Working to a monthly and annual financial target as well as KPI's.
- Representing the brand at showroom events twice or more a year.
- Reporting back to the Head of Sales on a regular basis on activity.
What are we looking for?
- Results orientated and analytical.
- Comfortable with working autonomously and embracing of change.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service experience.
- Relevant sales or retail experience.
- A full driving license.
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Ability to grasp new processes, procedures, and concepts quickly.
