What is the role?
We are hiring a Domestic Assistant to work at our care home in Winchester, Hampshire.
Meadway is known as the 'hidden gem of St Cross'. Our home has 13 rooms with residents having varying needs, and there is a waiting list for new residents. Meadway is situated on St Cross road, close to Winchester City Centre, with many residents being long-time locals.
Who are you?
We seek a Domestic Assistant with prior experience in cleaning roles outside of home, who is flexible, reliable, and compassionate towards older individuals.
What will I be doing?
- Maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards;
- Ensuring resident safety and privacy during cleaning;
- Managing cleaning supplies and safety;
- Reporting hazards and repairs;
- Complying with health and safety regulations and Brendoncare's policies;
