Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 1 studentsnAssess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedbacknCreate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learnnCollaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategiesnCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progressnDeliver engaging and effective instruction to Year 1 students, promoting active participation and academic growthnUse a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles

Year 1 Teacher Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentnExperience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in year 1nA strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworksnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnPassion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating studentsnAbility to work effectively as part of a team
