ROLE PURPOSE
Work closely and effectively with Marketing Business Partner to support with the marketing B2C strategy and retail objectives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the Marketing Business Partner to develop and implement the Gloucester Quays B2C & B2B marketing plans and strategy
  • Progress, coordinate and deliver daytoday marketing activities
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of internal marketing communications produced, ensuring brand guidelines are followed
  • Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered on time
  • Produce weekly Marketing status reports
  • Assist with the marketing tracker and raising marketing PO's
  • Manage social media platforms with relevant content, producing monthly reports on reach/ engagement/ followers.
  • Complete monthly competitor reviews (online/ social).
  • Ensure the Gloucester Quays website is up to date with relevant offers/ marketing campaigns/ events
  • Champion local data capture initiatives
  • Ensuring that the POS around the centre is relevant and in line with the current promotional offers or events
  • With the Marketing Business Partner and Retail Liaison Manager, ensure a smooth transition for new retailers and that any opening is promoted to maximum effect using prepromotions.
  • Work with the Marketing Business Partner to support strategically defined retailers with tactical support
  • Responsible for securing retailer involvement at events.
  • Liaise with retailers at store level
  • Work with Marketing Business Partner and external partners on operationally planning and delivering a calendar of B2C events.
  • Working closely, and collaborating with City Stakeholders (council, BID, Landlords, Residents). Ensuring all internal departments are communicated to ahead of time to support with planning.
  • Work with the Marketing Business Partner on marketing requirements and communication of B2C events.
  • Support the Retail Liaison manager on collating Sales figures.
  • Produce weekly density maps for the centre management team.
  • Produce quarterly Pricing audits.
  • General Retail and Marketing admin.
  • Retail advantage maintenance logging events, new tenants' registration etc.
  • Practise ESG throughout marketing campaigns and events.
