Office Administrator | Exeter (office-based role | 6 month FTC | £20k pro rata

Office Administrator required to join our clients Customer service team in Exeter on a 6 month fixed term contract.


As an Office Administrator, you will be producing installation documentation, and ensuring Handover pack inserts are pre-printed and up to date, whilst also being a first point of call for customer queries regarding their delivery pre and post shipment.

You will also support Printing orders released by the Customer service team to the Distribution team, as well as ordering/arranging direct to site products.


Responsibilities:

External and internal telephone calls, communicating closely with carriers and customers, utilising excellent customer service skills
Actively improve customer satisfaction by answering incoming calls within 30 seconds
Printing and organising/prioritising work for the Distribution team
Printing & collating customer handover packs
Ordering and arranging direct to site deliveries
Ensuring attention to detail and quality in all work, identifying discrepancies and improvements
Managing arranging pallet returns
Stocktake support
Investigate and process carrier claims
Ordering of stationery for the Distribution Centre in line with budgetary requirements
Continuous improvement of customer care and satisfaction
Supporting admin teams in other departments, when required Key Skills & Knowledge:
