Music Instructor for Brass Specialist - Join Our Team

The music service in Renfrewshire is dedicated to providing top-notch tuition to young individuals in Renfrewshire Schools.

• We are searching for a passionate and self-driven music instructor with a focus on brass instruments to lead groups of learners in schools across Renfrewshire.
• You will play a key role in overseeing and supporting our ensemble programs within schools and at a Local Authority level.

Working hours and schedule align with SNCT 11 standards.

Applicants must hold a Degree in a recognized music program and possess a solid pedagogical understanding of all brass instruments.

Capability for independent and teamwork, adeptness in class and resource management to ensure safe and purposeful activities, and the ability to effectively communicate lesson objectives to young learners are essential.

• We especially welcome applications from individuals with prior school experience, showcasing successful teaching methods.

This position is temporary, subject to business requirements and funding until June, or until the role is no longer needed.
